Bookings

Please discuss arrangements at the time of booking, if you wish to bring your dog (2 max).

Bookings are usually weekly from Saturday to Saturday. The house is available from 5pm on the day of arrival and we ask that you leave by 10am on the day of departure. Please leave the house clean and tidy, as it was when you arrived and report any damage or defects as soon as possible to the owner to ensure that we are able to rectify them for the next visitors. If you bring your dog, please make sure you clear and dispose of any fouling in the garden before you leave.

We ask for a deposit of 25% at the time of booking and payment in full 4 weeks before your holiday. Bookings are only confirmed when the payment has been received and cleared by the bank.

A bond is also required 4 weeks before your arrival. This will be returned in full providing the property is left in good condition.
